The only console debate where the PS3 won, which has arguments and wasn't made by a PS3 fanboy is "The console Wars". The remaining 99% are made of PS3 fanboys who claim to have both consoles to be more convincing.

I have owned both consoles, I currently own a PS3 and my brother an Xbox 360. They are both great gaming consoles and both have great gaming experiences. However, it's a simple fact that the PS3 simply has more to offer. Hardware, blueray, free online gaming(which quality has drastically improved), an internet browser, bluetooth...the list is long. In my honest opinion I can't say one console has better graphics than the other because that more so depends on the game and not the console.

@WillardE4 Well I never play my multiplatform games because they're crap IMO and MGS4 was exclusively for PS3 and only Nintendo and Sony get Solid Snake while Microsoft gets Raiden. Sony gets All the Metal Gear games except when Nintendo had it on the NES. I really don't think any other gaming system will get MGS4 unless they have a disc that can hold as much as Blu-Ray, if not it will be a condensed version. Sorry for going off topic but the PS3 does have a lot of high rated exclusives.
@WillardE4 Also, the really high rated games are MGS4, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Ratchet and Clank series, God of War 3, and others but those are really good games. So if you get a PS3, you'd want it for all the exclusives. If you'd get a 360, you'd get it for multiplatform. For now until the PS3 gets Playstation Network Plus

Sony gets All the Metal Gear games except when Nintendo had it on the NES. I really don't think any other gaming system will get MGS4 unless they have a disc that can hold as much as Blu-Ray, if not it will be a condensed version. Sorry for going off topic but the PS3 does have a lot of high rated exclusives.

@WillardE4 Also, the really high rated games are MGS4, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Ratchet and Clank series, God of War 3, and others but those are really good games. So if you get a PS3, you'd want it for all the exclusives. If you'd get a 360, you'd get it for multiplatform. For now until the PS3 gets Playstation Network Plus

I have played on de pc for years but i also had an ps1 and 2.
So a week ago i bought an xbox 360 elite (120 gb).
I just love it, no complains, if you just use your xbox on a good way, nothing happens, the same with the ps3.
I have to admit the controller is so nice when you hold it(xbox)
But you have to get batteries for it. (:()
but it does worth it.
For people that cant choose:
Look first what you want:
Do you want a blu ray ? or you dont buy blu ray movies at all

I wouldn't call Left for Dead and Splinter Cell conviction a X360 exclusives.. there are also PC version from way of the beginning :P So on Ninja Gaiden II isn't also X360 exclusive any more, and some magazines wrote that there may be PS3 version of newest Splinter Cell game in close future : )

The reason why Conviction is now only for X360 is that, the game was started to get made long before PS3 launch. Second of all same shit X360 fanboys were saying about Lost Planet and Lost Planet 2 :P Newest Splinter Cell will be on PS3 but PS3 owner got to wait about half a year for it.

It was even rumoured that some large developers may pull out due to very poor sales figures prior to christmas on some software units. Unfortunately big business now controls the games market and like wild animals anyone who shows the slighteset weakness gets attacked and taken down. this video is not fair, everybody knows that games run smoother on 360, because its easier to develope games to it. and GPU is not better on ps3. Its quite similar I think , this video only tells the core clock.(Am I right?) now the core clock is a VERY little part of the whole GPU.
360 has Antializing (Or something) wich makes edges smoother. My point is not to say ps3 suck. its quite similar to 360 TODAY. Ps3 might dominate in the future because of its poweful processor, PC all the way
