  • priceless alan

  • None of the comments seem to mention that the actors are all playing different roles throughout the movie and while all of the music is great, the two piano solos by alan are beautiful. the song Everybody changes places-may sound familiar it is from an old hymn-a favorite album for years!

  • "chocolate sandwich chocolate sandwich"

  • I saw this movi recently and thoroughly enjoyed the madness of it. I love also how the band plays live in studio at intermittent parts of the movie. Such a clever narrative (to get all film-schooly on yer ass) :P.

    Well, well worth seeing.

  • is this on the soundtrack album?

  • Malcolm McDowell Says That This Movie Was Inspired By His Adventures As A Coffee Salesman.

There Must've Been Something In That Coffee Cause This Movie Goes From Quirky To WTF Real Fast

  • I wonder what the location is? Maybe it has a blue plaque??

  • Faster and rockier version of ' o lucky man ' in the final scene of the movie.Love both versions.Still my favorite movie.

  • @russdj52 the bass and drums in the reprise version sounds like "get back".

  • This just made me smile...with pleasure. O Lucky Man is the second of Lindsay Anderson's trilogy of films. The original soundtrack is by Alan Price, and he and the band are intercut within the film but there are only a few snippets on Youtube. This is a worthy substitute - though I know that there are those who have something to say about Mr Price and his time with The Animals.

  • I've never seen this movie. Need to see it. Always liked Malcolm Mcdowell.

  • you know,if i woke up and entered a room to a band playing that music i would,most certainly,quite definately,shit my pants,

  • *definitely

  • quite definitely shit my pants.

  • ....Then you'de wake up, and know you were having a prophetic dream.

  • no,i'd wake up and realise shit was all over my bed sheets! much the same as your lady realises whenever she wakes up to your face. shithead. just kidding. im a lover not a fighter!

  • No offence taken dude. I wake up alone in my big bed to my big dick in my little hand, and that's just how I like it.
