What a cute cockatiel. I used to have a mating pair of cockatiels and the male would whistle the Andy Griffith song. It was very cute.

my cockatail is evil it bites me and stuff but it knows how 2 sing and cuss how do i make it stop biting me?

get upset and make an instant irritating noise when he bites you. you have to do it instantly. Reward him and take him somewhere! Something new is important, because he will instantly look to you for comfort and forget about biting you!

never ever hit a bird or continue yelling at them..  they don't understand. It must be an instant reaction that helps them to realize biting brings an unsatisfactory response.

that bird call that your cockatiel is responding to is saying "where are you" or "hey, here I am!" to which the correct response is to answer. Mine does it too. If I leave the room she calls to me like that, and she called back when she hears that video!
