its not hacked, i just already got chimchar with this attack, previous trainer probably learned him that move as TM..

@Savannahtje96 you can watch previous walkthrough videos to know hot to get there...but you probably don't have to watch them this time becoase the problem you had was a one year ago, sorry for so late answer xD i wasn't playing pokemon games anymore, so i almost didn't use this acc, but im going ti play again xD
