did you have the audio muted? that's the whole point - choppy indeed b/c the music is choppy and dance is about painting a visual image of the music with your body. Sha is one of the OGs of house dance (jackin'). that's why it's called jackin' b/c you jack your body - the music is choppy & shuffly - staccato percussio -, so his movements are slicing and dicing thru every rhythm. every movement is perfectly in sync with every rhythmic element. so on point
