A little something passed on since Nam in my family line: "I don't care how many little pee wees I have to blow through, as long as I get my fucking pay, a fucking drink, and another God damn bullet."
Well, Dice is currently kinda making a "remake" of this, with the new Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam DLC coming winter 2010. I guess it's gonna be some new multiplayer-maps including vehicles and weapons from the Vietnam-era. Excited!
@LeZimen its gonna be add on to Bad Company 2. it has new maps, new vehicles and shit load of new weapons, and yeah it comes in winter 2010 but god knows when really :D
I'll commend you for partially knowing a different language. Having said that, are you trying to insult America, or is just that your English is underdeveloped?
Don't get me wrong Capt. I love 70's music, just that it doesn't have the same feeling that the 60's music had. There's a sense of raw fun and revolt in 60's music that the 70's music didn't capture, perhaps because society no longer resisted as strongly???
You are 100 % right that the 1960's was a kick as decade for music. Especaily with the British invadtion. As far as the 1970's
Do not forget about bands like Bad Finger, Bread, The Rasberrys with Eric Carmen, Ace, and Sergent, Arrowsmith, Queen, CCR, LynnardSynner, Grandfunk Railroad, Eagels all of hum dominated the 1970's. Even though I was born in 1971 I love both decicades mainly because I grew up listening to 1960's from my late Father.
Yeah I like a lot of 70's music but 60's does have a lot of incredibly well written music. 70's it's more particular bands that are good, then the 80's it was just a few select good songs here and there but the 80's was so different that I tend to stick more with 60-70 music. All the songs used in BFV were very well selected for the game.
anyways, I was born in the late 80's but I still always preferred the music from way before my time.
@CrazyIvan1745 haha me too prefer music from 80s , o yeah i was born in the 80s during chenobyl thing , berlin wall & many events that changed the world we live in today. XD
My Brother was in Vietnam. He told me he and his buds used to blast "Gimme Some Loving by The Spencer Davis Group" from from his helicopter when they shot things up.
Like the Doors' "Break On Through (To The Other Side)", vivid images of murder and suicide pop up when listening to this song. Reminds me that humans are a general psychotic reaction.
Reminds me of my sister -n-law who is a full fledged psycopath. I took care of her dying father & made the funeral arrangements....& that crazy bitch sued me. Peggy you are a WACK-JOB. Your gonna rot in hell, if you don't repent & tell everyone you lied..
Your right. Forgiveness is a very powerful weapon against the devil. One of the most powerful weapons we have against darkness. I have prayed & prayed for my crazy sister-n-law, I hope she makes it to Heaven. But it will be a miracle if she does.
Whats the Name of that song on Battlefield Vietnam where you see the Picture of the Phantom while the Level is downloading??? It starts off with like a loud Guitar.
man.... a month ago i could rock out to this song while shooting down MiGs in my phantom, but now my computer had a system restart and now its all fucked up,i cant play :(
