  • THE BEST BEAT

  • ever had your cd players break on you, mine (a dns-5000) keeps on slowing down especially after a scratching session...know of a fix?

  • I've had that happen. You probably need a new belt or some stickers under the record for added grip against the felt. If it doesn't grip the felt the record will go all over the place.

  • cool thanks

  • dope

  • yeah but if you have serato scratch live you scratch on mp3s and all you have to have is an external hard drive so it is definately a lot easier

  • vinyl is always better cds are just too easy

  • I prefer CDs. Vinyl are too heavy. The hard part is in the preparation. The dig and prearrangement.

  • it would be nice if you actually mixed anything. doing crappy techno fader tricks while the song is playing hardly constitutes a hiphop mix.

i will say tho, the songs were really good, aside from the wannabe mainstream beats plaguing the tracks. im more of a fan of golden era hiphop mind you, and there is nothing wrong with the songs you played if you have a pop audience.

however, i do think its a cop-out to use religion as a crutch for your lack of mixing skills

  • I am mixing. There are NO crappy techno fader tricks. It's called CD turntablism. I like alot of the old hiphop beats, but I can't stand evil lyrics. My style's not a cop-out. I've got mixing skills and I'm not like the others. I'm DJ Digital Josh the Christian. Who are you?
