Are you serious! You are a musical idiot! Christina Agulera is not the original artist! This is a Jazz standard! Every JAZZ artist in the world has done this piece including ME! Anyone who has taken music appreciation would know that this piece is from Porgy and Bess (which is a play for which the music is written by George Gershwin in the the 1920's). In my personal opinion Agulera didn't do a good rendition. Check out Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, John Coltrane for starters.
