  • Nice job Dan...!

  • Good on ya! do the work yourself is also a fun learning experience

  • Split Port Induction 2000!

  • @vwestlife I wonder what's so "2000" about it lol

  • @ControlledExplosions 2000 cc (2.0 liters)?

  • @vwestlife ohhhhhhhh... that makes sense lol

  • I usually do new hoses and belts when I do a water pump or cooling system service over 60K.

  • I think i have the same problem with my Saab. It wont get up to normal temperature when i`m driving, but if i let the car ideling a while then it`s gets up to normal working temperature. Did you have the same problem?

  • @AleksFarm yeah you might just have a bad thermostat, I don't know how those Saabs are set up, I don't know if they have that bypass, most cars I've seen don't have it

  • @AleksFarm expect it's the thermostat... same prob for us... saab......

  • My Dakota had the same stock compression hose clamps. When i installed the water pump, and radiator i tossed them annoying things. Always buy new hose clamps, and do not reuse old ones. After when i refill radiators usually i fill the overflow bottle to full hot mark, so when the thermostat opens the bottle picks up the slack.

  • Very interesting. Nice work and just in time.

  • Nice cat bro :)
