I honestly could not whistle for shit my whole life until like a year ago, then I figured out how to whistle in a really off, bassy bird whistle sounding way. And then I kept trying to whistle in different pitches, and now I can damn near whistle half or a little more of this in almost dead on pitch. Practice practice practice.
