That WAS pretty bad. Dave starting off singing the right words to the prechorus, but was playing the chords to the "Come sisters, my brothers" chorus part... They don't mix too well, and so that threw off Dave's singing into a jumbled mess. LoL. Fun to listen to though. :)

Not a trainwreck, but Dave starts singing the lyrics to the chorus while playing the prechorus. When he was mumbling and improvising, he could'nt get back on key.

sounded pretty tight in the moment after but they kick ass @ playing that off

they worked through that pretty well. dave skipped a section early in YNK this year at alpine, but as always, the band reacted as well as they could have and just kept on to the prechorus and finished strong as hell. as for pig, dave improvises a ton and while the song wasn't necessarily new at this point, BTCS had only been out for a year. Same goes for rapunzel 98, which was written much more recently. Dave rocks and DMB gives us a damn good time to sing and dance, as always :)

i completely agree. hes an improviser, and hes always changing his lyrics. thats what makes him so great, i have dozens of versions of the same song because theyre all so unique. this is not a trainwreck

i dont think he forget the lines a lot, i mean he has over a hundred songs. i've seen him 17 times live. he like to slip in random verses here and there some of them are good some are bad but theres only been a few times where hes broken a string on stage during a song or something else happened

Um no, he wasn't high...it's hard enough correcting yourself mid-song without hearing the lyrics in your ear, even harder when you're playing an instrument at the same time. If you stumble at the beginning of a long, continuous verse like Dave did it's hard to fix it.
