I think Raj should also address to Marathi people that;

1) They need to help each other out and not try to pull them down.

2) There is no room for internal jealousy,

3) Also at work they should show some integrity, conviction and hard work. Try to learn everything at their job even though it may not be part of their responsibility. Thats what out-state people do, they take up additional work, work hard and prove themselves worthy. They don't show "Te Maaza Kaam Naahi" attitude to their boss.

Out of 96M people in maharashtra only 62M are marathis. This is the level of stuffing that India has done. This should never have happened. It is for this reason these north indians hold all important political positions in the political parties.

Every good business men learns the langugage of the people where he/she does business. It is our fault that we did not require that.
