I think the sentence structure is very different from other languages making English difficult to learn. You would be understood by a native English speaker. In conversation it would be obvious you are working hard to pronounce words.  The sounds of English words must be strange to you so repetition and becoming comfortable with the words might be your best goal at the moment. Oh yeah...it is "23 years old" not "23 years ago". All in all, you are doing great.

And as other people have said it is 'I am 23 years OLD'. Ago is an adverb and sort of means in the past, like 'I washed my hair 2 hours ago' is like 'I washed my hair 2 hours in the past'. (The last sentence doesn't really make sense though). However you could say 'I was born 23 years ago'.

And instead of 'presARnt' say 'presEHnt'

But you English is very good, no one would have any problem understanding you. Well done!
