This couple will forever be THE SUPERCOUPLE". Their chemistry was so amazing. I wish Genie Francis would return and maybe someday GH will get it right and Luke and Laura will be together again.

Luke, for example, picked up a blue scarf that Laura had been wearing just outside of ...it was either a wedding or his Mayoral Inauguration" by the pier I think. This was when the song would fade in...anyone have these clips?

the writers were trying to break them up,they were toying eith the idea to pair luke up with alexandra and laura with robert,the more they tried the more the fans wanted them back together,this scene is incredible,he was so handsome and she is and always was so beautiful,this aired right about the time she appeared on people magazine with a actress from guiding light and ryans hope,gh was the top rated show when this aired,gh was doing about a 11.4/36 share,and was a solid #1 until 7/26/1982...
I love when Luke is vunerable - they play him nowadays as if he can never be and all he cares about is himself, but you can see from the beginning of these two that isn't true. its nice to watch this since I was a baby when it was originally on
