dudes, lucky you're not hurt, could have been worse. Copy a proven design, like the Huntair Pathfinder or the old standard quicksilver MX

the airfoil you used is not even close, it needs to be way thicker with more forward camber to be stable and lift at low speed. Good luck, keep at it, don't die trying.

Some good advise in these comments fellas! The scale model test flown first and determining the correct CG is absolutely the most important thing you can do! Save you scuffing up that spiffy suit next time as well!! Great work though and good for you..loved that prop!!

The whole concept looked interesting and feasible...however the whole aircraft was not balanced..you need to do more basic aerodynamics basics before ever trying anything as dangerous as this again....its good to want toi fly and without people liek you the world would never have aircraft today..but please abandon this suicide mission..the centre of gravity on this aircraft was so far back it flipped in a few mts..the CofG needs to be in the middle og the wing load not at the rear.this is folly!

Guys next time build a scale model and get the weight and balance right on the model before you attempt flight on the full size wing. Even aeronautical engineers do this.

The center of gravity is too far back behind the center of pressure. The nose was trying to chase its tail. You need to always balance the center of gravity ahead of the center pressure before you decide to fly.

I really hope you will go talk to someone in the Hang Gliding community about why this thing will not work, the list is very long. Because if you dont you are going to die. I see and respect you passion for building your own thing but there is no logic in trying to invent something that already exists.PLEASE go take just one hang gliding lesson and you will see that it takes cosiderable time to learn the skills necissary to fly a PROPERLY built glidder. You guys rock! Good for you for trying to get a contraption that is so obviously not meant to fly - to fly! However, I would recommend getting some aerobatic training before attempting a loop right after rotation.

I could tell that contraption wasn't going to fly by looking at it. That engine was way too far back, would have put your center of gravity too far back causing an uncontrolled nose up and stall.

we did weight balance by me but tried to fly with my brother, i weight 15kg more than he
