Dixie is a Great Billed Parrot. A Tanygnathus. They are not very popular as pets as they are called a "touch me not" parrot. As they really do not like to be preened and snuggled with. But, we love her anyway....even if she does not let us hug her. She does let up kiss her on the beak. And, yes, those are caique babies on the table in the back.

Thats actually a common Tanygnathus mating behavior. There are a couple of vids here on youtube of Philippine Blue Napes doing the same thing. Mine does it when mating season comes around - I call him the space alien LOL
I kinda suspect homonal also, but she is so young. But, she does only do it with her favorite person....which is Daddy. So, who knows. The video of the blue nape on youtube you mention is a male and way more dramatic than Dixie's dance!!
