Thnx fer the upload Acashfan1..., I never knew till I stumbled upon this that he had even wrote a book. I've been lookin fer it most of the day an must ask as to where ya found it, cause everyone of my leads is comin up short. Thanks again...
This is the greatest thing I have found on You Tube about Waylon(My favorite artist of all times and one of the greatest MEN of all times)!!! Thank you very much for taking the time to post this for all us Waylon fans,I can't wait to hear the rest of it. Again,Thank You!!!!
Kudos to the creator of this...fantastic and thank you so much for posting these~~~Waylon was one of the greatest men ever and deserves only utmost love and respect~~~he shall live on in our hearts forever!
This is too great. I have enjoyed Waylon's MCI audio songs about his life and read his autobiography and another biography about him. But it is great to hear him telling his own story. He never forgot where he came from, what his life was like during those early Texas days for him and his family. He sings a song, "Rough and Rowdy Days" but underneath all that I feel certain was a man with a tremendous love for his family, community, other people, and of course, his music.
I must have read Waylon's autobiography at least 4 times but to hear him talk it through is just wonderful. Thanks for these recordings I am just in heaven listening to him.
I was lying in the sleeper of my truck at a truck stop in Mountain Home, ID, listening to this on tape. I was in a grumpy mood, because Clinton just got re-elected. When Waylon said he didnt like the song "Luckenbach", I sat up and said "You gotta be sh*%$in' me"!!. God I miss Waylon. Our country just isn't the same without him.
thank you so much
