I have to say these Christians are a different breed. No sunday potluck types or even close. These folks are on fire and I see them all over the place. They don't care. They're in the streets and homeless shelters and nursing homes, sacrificing everything. Nothing seems to bother them and alot of them are so young. They seem fierce to me, like a war or rebellion. I wish I knew what was going on.
For people like you mention, it's the FIRE of the Holy Spirit burning within that moves them to worship the One and Only in a fervent, all-out manner. They find themselves so hungry and thirsty for the righteousness and holiness of God. They accept their calling as part of the Great Commission. They respond in obedience to His commands. They strive to love and to serve as Jesus did. THIS is the difference. I recommend reading more about "on fire for God".

The worship band played this song the first time I went to a church called celebration. This song turned me into a christian, it was the first hillsong united song that I heard, my best one I have ever heard from them. I had about 4 people pray over me that night the pastor, and 3 other leaders. It was also the night I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savoir. I haven't missed a wednesday night since then. November 10,2010 is the day I came home.

Thats a powerful word he speaks at the start of this song it moves me greatly. I have to say these Christians are a different breed. No sunday potluck types or even close. These folks are on fire and I see them all over the place. They don't care. They're in the streets and homeless shelters and nursing homes, sacrificing everything. Nothing seems to bother them and alot of them are so young. They seem fierce to me, like a war or rebellion. I wish I knew what was going on.

They find themselves so hungry and thirsty for the righteousness and holiness of God. They accept their calling as part of the Great Commission. They respond in obedience to His commands. They strive to love and to serve as Jesus did. THIS is the difference. I recommend reading more about "on fire for God".

The worship band played this song the first time I went to a church called celebration. This song turned me into a christian, it was the first hillsong united song that I heard, my best one I have ever heard from them. I had about 4 people pray over me that night the pastor, and 3 other leaders. It was also the night I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savoir. I haven't missed a wednesday night since then. November 10,2010 is the day I came home.

I would have never thought this time last year I would be leading teenagers almost every week too Jesus Christ, helping people get out of depression, helping there families. Its been an amazing couple of weeks. God is using me too the highest. I can for once say, I am truly happy with my life. I die today, I know I'll be going home.
