I use to live in Richmond and I have to say that the Taxi services there are pretty decent. But there was one time when my friend and I hailed a Diamond Cab Co. Taxi and the driver who picked us up was a large fat smelly greasy man with a white streak of hair who would not stop talking about the Dallas Cowboys. He kept excliaming "WHOOO!" and any given time. It was quite annoying and I hope that nobody else has to have the unfortunate experience of being picked up by this guy...
