  • Interesting video and I definitely learned something! RME has the best customer support around. This doesn't detour my opinion of them. You won't find a company that stands behind their product any better than RME!

  • Hi , ever since i purchased my RME 400.I can't figure out how to record on channels 3.4.5.6.7.8

    The only channels i have no problem with are 1 and 2 .

    Can you please help me ?

  • Did they change it for you under warranty OR ??

  • When spending that much money they should send a tech to your house to cook breakfast and massage your feet until it's fixed.

  • It was not the cables. RME confirmed it was a hardware problem and had to replaced the main circuitboard to fix the problem.

    Hi, did the same test you did and have exact the same problems. Also my rear input nr 8 wasn't working. It still had the warranty and is sent to RME Germany for repair. Hope they can fix it. If the customer service is as good as everyone says then their shouldn't be a problem.

  • wow.. i never heard a bad things about RME.. they have a good pruduct, good update driver, and they did good customer support..

    is it the hardware problem or just the driver ?

  • Quick update for you guys... RME support is great and they fixed the problem. How it happened is a bit of a mystery since I take good care of my stuff.

  • This individual unit is defective and needs to be repaired. You should contact your local support and send it in for a warranty repair without further delay.

  • This is not to be offensive, but have you contacted RME? Just curious because I'm interested in their response. They seem to be a great company from my dealings with them.
