@JudasxSavior I met Claudio at a Best Buy that shared a parking lot with the venue they were playing a show at the next night (Which I was going to) it was so crazy, and really awkward, me and my buddy were just star struck and we could tell he didn't want to deal with fans at that moment. I definitely think Coheed and Cambria is the greatest band ever at live shows. I mean, I think they're the greatest band ever in general, but they are soooo good live, and Claudio is able to sing just like in studio :) (setting aside the aging in his voice, it's still really good. Back then he could sing that high live as well)

@ldsdude61 the reason this version (&the starland version for that matter) sound heavier & darker are because the original studio recording on SSTB was played in a "standard/dropped D" tuning where as now C&C tend to play in an "E flat" & "E flat/dropped C sharp" tuning. If you're not a guitarist, essentially it means they tune the strings down 1/2 a step. It makes it easier to sing for Claudio I'm sure & gives it a heavier sound. LOVE eflat tuning.
