  • @CherrieCheerChannel Yes- fit for a feast is the channel that katrina & sloane started but we bring in friends & experts to help us (ps Sloane's leg is fine now)

  • Thanx for these exercises... i cudn't do d last two properly, i can't stretch my legs and bent over, my knees just push up.. hope if i do this everyday, it might help getting the right result.

  • @janaybaez97 We have videos out for doing the splits - you need to stretch to build flexibility.  Jumping on the trampoline helps - it is easier than doing the moves on the floor & helps you practice the right technique

    Just have one question: When you do the leg warmup at 1:27, what´s the difference between without the bag leg? When you do ot with both legs it hurts in the back leg but not even in the other one...sorry don`t know who to explain else ;D

  • @IACO101 We decide what we want to do ahead of time, but we just start talking once the camera starts rolling. We don't have time to make up or memorize lines LOL.

  • @Flexiballity We do so many hours because we do so many types of dance - each type is 1-3 hours per week.

  • @cherryberrysong213 We still do acro gym (like circus school) but we do 18 hours of dance a week & gymnastics (tumbling) would have been another 8-12 hours, so we had to choose one or the other.

  • Tanks girls!! im a dancer so i try to get more flexibility... like this summer, i was more working on things like: handstands, handwalking... and stuff like that.. but now, im REALY working on my flexibility because my dance season have just started it makes like a month so i do hip hop and contemporary... so i try to warm up everyday.. and i learned gymnastic from only watching your videos! and a BIG tank you for the: ('stage make up/ hair styles videos') i use it for dance now! :)

  • @dancinqueen1131 We don't take classes there - we know Cameron who does - you will see more of his trampoline skills in a later video. We (or our parents) just meet people & we ask if they want to come on the show. They like the message we are trying to send out about kids getting fit & active, so everybody has been really enthusiastic.

  • hi guys i love your vids i was just wondering if you guys have ever hurt yourself during a competition or performance and i want to start dance and i try to practice but when i can and i did for a long time before so what tips do u have for me im doing the same dance as u guys

  • @fitforafeastable We never really got hurt during competitions - a little sore & once Katrina fell going into an aerial b/c someones necklace broke on the stage and she slipped on the beads.  But other than that, we have gotten more injuries & bruises during gym or recess @ school.
