@janaybaez97 We have videos out for doing the splits - you need to stretch to build flexibility. Jumping on the trampoline helps - it is easier than doing the moves on the floor & helps you practice the right technique
Just have one question: When you do the leg warmup at 1:27, what´s the difference between without the bag leg? When you do ot with both legs it hurts in the back leg but not even in the other one...sorry don`t know who to explain else ;D

@cherryberrysong213 We still do acro gym (like circus school) but we do 18 hours of dance a week & gymnastics (tumbling) would have been another 8-12 hours, so we had to choose one or the other.

@dancinqueen1131 We don't take classes there - we know Cameron who does - you will see more of his trampoline skills in a later video. We (or our parents) just meet people & we ask if they want to come on the show. They like the message we are trying to send out about kids getting fit & active, so everybody has been really enthusiastic.

@fitforafeastable We never really got hurt during competitions - a little sore & once Katrina fell going into an aerial b/c someones necklace broke on the stage and she slipped on the beads. But other than that, we have gotten more injuries & bruises during gym or recess @ school.
