this is awesome! i don't know how you did some of those effects. i'm using this video for training literacy tutors about learning by doing (i show them the racquetball section: 1:45 to 3:07).
The racquetball scene was definitely one of our favorites to shoot and edit. I felt really dumb swinging at air when a bunch of people were watching through the plexiglass, though.
I am having some issues with my videos being flagged for copyright conflicts. Please be patient while I try to resolve the problems.

Well...it is not quite downtown. It is on Santa Barbara Street near the Amtrak Station. Mitchell Park is four or five blocks away.
