  • I love your video it's so true and I was wondering if we could pout your video on our website.

  • PLUS HOCKEY IS FASTER AND MORE DANGEROUS THAN RINGETTE

  • WHAT? HOCKEY IS WAY BETTER!!!!!

  • The bleu team stole the jersey of gatineau team :O

  • it s not harder than hockey! the only thing harder is maybe MAYBE raising the ring, most players could do this. Otherwise, it is much easier to control as your stick just stays in the ring. you don't even have to stick handle, you just drag.

  • ringette is amazing and i think opinions are good and everything but please stop saying hockey is better then ringette because you have no frickin clue! ok thanks. at least we arnt sitting on our asses at home eating potato trips! you get so fit and have sooo much fun so stop hating

  • thats where your wrong.

our games are so violent, and you try stabbing high speed ring, its harder than it looks. just saying. !

  • and i'd like to point out that if you compare a competitive hockey player with a competitive ringette player of the same age, 99% of the ringette players will be the better skaters...hockey teams don't concentrate on speed and skating skills as much as ringette teams do. Plus, we have to friggin stab the ring, which can seem downright impossible!

  • i totaly agree.

    :)

  • wow! no way hockey is all about speed and skating skills. try to deek a defencemen with no speed!

  • I'm not saying hockey players CAN'T skate. But ringette players are BETTER skaters. I played on my school hockey team, and I was one of the top skaters...

Just look at practices... Ringette teams will spend up to 20minutes of a regular practice on skating drills. No rings, just skating. I've NEVER seen a hockey team spend that much time skating.

  • @SaxGurl its actually so true though

  • @SaxGurl you dont know what your saying down here in ohio we will have three hour skating essions than have a 30 minute practice

  • @beastlygoalieman39 Again, I'm not saying that hockey players don't or can't skate. I meant that out of each 50 minute ice time for practicing, at least 20 minutes will be spent purely on skating. Players will also generally do power skating, which is often 2 or 3 sessions a week. And then the older players are often involved with younger teams, and are skating with them as well.

I'm also just speaking from experience, comparing players of similar levels. The ringette girls just skate better.

  • @SaxGurl I totally agree

  • Hello, I live in North Bay.. And also, Is ringette for boys also?? Just wondering becasue I'm trying to get my son into it.

  • :)

yes, boys can also play ringette.

  • love ringette, it's a hell of a lot harder then hockey

  • I love ringette and hockey! They are both awsome sports!

  • no, hockey is the best sport

  • I love ringette! BEST SPORT EVER!

  • ringette is the best sport everr! :)

  • ringette is aswome!

  • ringette rocks. i hate it when people just don't understand it...i think it should be advertised more.

    GO RINGETTE!!

  • i love ringette, woot.
