Neither of them was being honest, in my opinion. Sarah Palin brought up that whole "redefinition of marriage between a man and a woman" argument, which is mainly religious. The difference between them is that Palin favors a religious view, Christianity, whereas Biden said it was up to people's faiths to decide.

Did that statistic come off the top of your head? As far as I can tell there is no study on the sexual orientation of inmates. The true telling statistic would be the relation between the number of gay and straight inmates vs total gay and straight population.

Let's make every marriage legal. It is the consitutional right of every citizen in the United States, right? Lets let polygamist marry multiple wives or multiple men or women and men both. Think about it. When you tell someone you're married, they'll ask about your wife. You'll have to explain you're gay, and they'll go, "Oh, sorry".
