With so many people doing this stuff and making those whole pieces why don't they all get to gether and make the little pieces? To make it look as real as the game it self? Yeah all those big pieces look nice and all but they don't flow like the real armor but if you all team up and each take a task it would look really nice!

Not really. I suply them models and sometimes they get a helmet done in 3 days. Atleast if they use the pepakura method.(about 300 euro for full costume) Adam grumbo here his armor was clay sculpted. And then molded.
