@BlackOps9111 you can ask if it can be on a prepaid plan; i got a fancy touchscreen on a prepaid plan; but i dont like touch screen so i got rid of it; lol but when you go into the verizon store; and your looking on the prices; there should be a price that says soemthing about "prepaid price". its gonna be more but if you cant pay 100 something bill a month prepaid is the way to go. I have the 50 dollar a month prepaid plan; and its absolutly perfectly fine(:

This phone is great! It's not exactly modern in the phone industry anymore, I got it when it was new in May of 2009 and had it for more than two years, but I can say that it's very durable (it's been through hell with how many times I've dropped it), it's relatively thin and fits in pockets easily, and it's good for taking pictures and videos. Oh, and I can't tell you how many times people have seen the keyboard change and said "WHOAAA it's like magic!"

I have had this phone for 2 years and it works fairly perfect. It has gotten wet twice and dropped several times but still seems to work grandly :) I am switching to a KIN TWOm in August though. I GREAT recommend this phone to anyone :):)

This phone sucks balls don't get it it shuts off when it feels like it the keys get hard after a while it hangs up on calls if you want to change to portrate mode during one and it allways makes your calls too loud so everyone can here them

alrite, i have this phone and i have had it for exactly a year now. it is a great phone. there are only a few cons. it doesnt take very good pictures or videos it will look good while take the picture or record but when you go to look at the picture or video it looks like a bunch of pixels. but it is very easy to text with. sometimes it might freeze but that only happens when your phone is ruined. my phone is all smashed up scratched and it still works fine. message me if you have any questions

@Tbajlax37 i want a good feature phone because i have a env touch with the inside screen broken, so i dont know if this would be considered a downgrade. also, what kind of good features does it have? i like that mine has a favorite contacts option, and a notepad. does this one have special stuff?

@mnm3650 alrite well i am happy u asked me because i know how to answer that. i have heard from friends that the env touch absolutely sucks. they say its too confusing its a pain in the ass sometimes and it freezes and i have a friend that has a screen cracked too. this phone doesnt have favorite contact options that i know of but it does have notepad. it has other features too. i have found people that like the alias 2 way more than the env touch so in my opinion its surprisinly an upgrade

@Tbajlax37 thankyou so much. that really helped. i think im only concerned about the whole "keys falling off and batter lasts 2 minutes" thing. and i actually like the env touch. i dont have the problems others have (except for the cracked screen which was my bad) but my phone keeps a charge for a good 2 days, and i like the keyboard. but i do think i will get the alias 2 now. thanks for responding so quickly

i had this video for over two years and rarely had any problems... the battery would only last about a day.. but im a pretty heavy texter..i also have a really rough job and it got smashed and dropped pretty often and still lasted two years.. and may have lasted longer but i upgraded... i loved this phone and would recommend it to anyone..

personally, i don't like the plastic feel of the keyboard as well as the fact that the keys are so close together. i am a fast typer so when i try to write a text message on this phone i often make many mistakes and i blame it on the keyboard because it feels very unusual to me.

I have had this phone for about 6 months, and had the alias 1 before this. I still like the phone and I hate touch-screen phones because my fingers are bigger than an 11-year old's. My previous phone was the Juke Flip-phone, and when I'd get a text, I'd have to get a microscope out to see the buttons and I'd end up just calling the person back and talking to them. i have this phone, i've had it for like 6 months. It's pretty cool. When i first got it i felt like i was the luckiest person alive for having it, because i thought it was so cool. Now that i have had it for so long, i'm a little sick of it, so i'm about to move on to the chocolate touch. i miss touch screen. (used to have voyager).

but overall its a good phone. good battery life. But sometimes it turns off randomly. it has cool fonts to change to, i like the chococookie font. haha (:
