There are probably even over hundreds of private server developments over the internet. In fact, Habbo is way more profitable than Coke is. Sulake will obviously find out about these developments. But the developments just don't stop. What makes you think Coke Music/Coke Studios developments will stop?

There are Habbo retro servers out there, etc. The servers aren't copy and paste work. They are legal, the coding is owned and belongs to the coder.

That's my point. He's using coding and images copyrighted and owned by the Coca-Cola corporation. If development continues, I wont hesitate to report this.

iamtheownage, he's coding this from scratch. Which means the coding is 100% legal. The only thing that could be illegal would be the sprites and images but chances are that the company wouldn't give a shit about it. Why? They don't even use them. Plus, depending on their copyright, it might have only lasted for a few years.

You're wrong. Even if it appears as he's coding from scratch, he's still using about 60 - 80% of the original coding which even if it was 1%, it's still illegal. Not to mention the images and sprites as you mentioned. Would the company give a fuck? Let me think. They made millions of dollars of of this and they'll just sit by while somebody else uses what they worked tedious weeks, months, possibly years on? I don't think so.

Yes there is a login but the interface is rubbish thats why i didnt include it!!! but yes its just like the coke lobby you select what room you want and it displays the info, people in room etc..
