what cracked me up about this ad' was they put it on TV just as the new terminal was opened and all over the news was sad ppl saying their bags had gone walk abouts, only to get an official apology some two days later, gutted! .. hahaha funny i guess. just a coincidence, or maybe well planed marketing.. like all them angry ppl sure would be needing the choc i thinks ;)

You can't deny the ingenuity of the "glass and a half" productions team... This is genius. Not sure why people don't understand this advert.
Its obviously more about giving a happy vibe than advertising. Glass and a half full productions= half full = optimistic.
'Dont stop me now' will now be associated with cadburys for a while, and the song will make people think of chocolate when they hear it.
The randomness of the subject matter makes people talk about the advert, therefore further promoting cadburys, as with the gorilla ad.

it annoys the shit out of me, when it cane on yesterday i put my two feet thru the screen, now that was TWO glasses FULL of joy!!!! luckily i made my millions inventing the slogan for mars bars so i can afford more tv's to put things thru when this shite next appears

I think thats kind of the point.
They know that everyone knows their brand so probably prefer to just entertain peeps rather than patronise us about how great their product is like every other ad does in the entire world!

You can't deny the ingenuity of the "glass and a half" productions team... When you first see the advert, unless you're switched on enough to notice the "glass and a half production" at the intro, you simply have no idea what is going on! Then suddenly everyones talking about it, love it or hate it!
Exactly the same with the gorilla, would have loved to have been in on their brainstorming sessions when they were starting these ads!
Off to buy a bar of Dairy Milk now!

This is the most irrelevant advert I have ever seen. What has "Don't Stop Me Now" got to do with bloody chocolate? And the trucks? Even the Gorilla one had the littlest bit of entertainment in it, but this is so random! I will now & always consider "Queen" to be nothing but cash-cow adverting sell-outs, making money from the lowest form. Shame on you Cadbury. Shame.
