haha no you breath them in, its a painkiller, but cause it goes straight to the brain they work sooo quickly! like, 3 minutes and you'd be like that guy. my mate broke his arm in a soccer match and they gave him one of those, and they where like ok, now this is going to hurt, and he was like AHHH (in pain) and then he'd burst out laughing and he'd fall over and shit. was soo funny!

haha semi right mate, i broke my arm in 2 places a few years ago and they gave me that, there is a little well inside the whistle where they crack and pore a liquid opium based pain killer for get what it is and when you suck through it the whistle the liquid stuff evaporates and gets inhaled, but seriously though that stuff is some good shit it really REALLY knocks you out you don't feel a thing and everything is fine and dandy.
