Hi I have dark hair. In order to get my hair to look like yours can I just get a whole head of highlights? Or do I still have to pre- bleach and tone it an ash blonde and THEENN get highlights??? pls reply
Hi! Yes, you will need to let your roots grow out for at least 3-4 weeks and then have your stylist highlight in foil and NOT color in between foils to let the dark growth show through. Hope that helps! Jamie
