It takes more than moving people out of the projects. Some of these people have been in public housing for 3-4 generations. Education is the only thing to stop the cycle from continuing. I plan on moving back to the inner city of Chicago but I'll be damn if I spend $500,000 for a house next to someone who mentality is still locked in poverty and despair.
