It is a 13b-rew, 1.3 liter wankel-rotary. Completely stock it has about 250hp. With a couple 3mm apex seals, a huge turbo conversion, and a good tune they make about 600+hp. But the tiny 1.3 allows the rx7 to be extremely light and gives it a crazy weight ratio.
Proven: Rotary Engines can be FAST AND DANGEROUS (i.e. beyond, wayyyyyyy beyond 600 bhp) like the Supra and the Skyline GT-R. Not to mention ironically, the LanEvos.

Yes, but you can blow an apex seal at those rpms. If you get racing seals you can see 12k safely ;)
