IMO it's a hybrid from a 06 and 07 WRC focus.

Front bumper is from 07 car and spoiler is from 06 car. 07 car spoiler has only 2 fins in the middle, 06 had 4 . Livery is from 2008 season.

The 2008 car has a bit different front bumper compared to 07 car and new headlights. 2008 car came out just a week ago and debuted in Germany
