Froggy, I found your video hilarious even though I have never seen or smelled lutefisk, and I have lived most of my life in Minnesota. I guess it was a good thing I never made friends with a Norwegian there! :)

According to statistics only about 2-3 percent eat lutefisk during christmas in Norway itself. The number is actually MUCH higher among Norwegian-Americans and Norwegian-Canadians. But apparantly over there some people don't even use the bacon, the pervs.

Aaah.. Lutfisk (Swedish spelling) is a pure joy.. I ate plenty this Christmas, my parents sent me some.. but we eat it with boiled potatoes and a MUSTARD sauce.. never bacon! But that is a personal choice, I guess! Delicious all the same! Great video.. :) :)
