a tip: for those who do go to 24HF. if your thinking about getting a trainer don't think of it as someone who's going to drill you and make you feel bad. you'll get advise and insite about what may help you. at the end it's totally up to you. you can't motivate someone who isn't even a little motivated already. get over being afraid and try a trainer once. that i know of, majority of all gyms when you first sign up give you a free training session.
The other tip I would add that no one wants to hear is that there are no shortcuts especially if you are trying to lose weight fast. You have to be willing to put in the work, and it isn't easy!

@81tubex yes, but I've worked with a professional 24hour ftiness trainer and he told me that too much protein was bad for me and that my body can lose calcium to convert all of the unused protein into fat. He told me the max safe amount of protein i should consume each day so that I DONT damage my kidneys. Depends on the trainer I guess. Mine was VERY knowledgeable!
So target deficit means I have to burn 500 calories a day? that wasn't clear. Tell Lewisville TX 24 to quit playing drab depressing emo music, or hip hop. It's awful and the members talk about it. 4 members I know have left the gym, and they said one of the reasons they joined Life Time was for the up beat variety of music from the 80s they played. Not just one or 2 of the same genres. Not all people can work out with an ipod, it's distracting. So outside music is important.
so if you eat 200 calories a day and then burn 250 you gonna drop some?

Just watch they have clients do nonsense excercises. They are just there to encourage, they are really not informed about REAL nutrition, exercise.
Go into 24 hour fitness and look at how out of shape the trainers are.
