Im going to be getting a AMD FX-6100 and 8gigs DDR3 1600 ram, can I play this at 1920x1080 with a HD4850?

@MicroFoxGaming I would say get a faster card such as HD 5770 512 GDDR5. Recommended Get a 1 GB Video card either from HD 5800 series or HD 6800 series.

Buy video card like amd 6870 or gtx 560ti and you can play on 1920x1080 on ultra details but with no AA + AF

i play on max but with no AA + AF at same resolution with:

asrock extreme3 gen3

intel i5 2500k

4gb ram kit corsair vengeance ddr3 1600

amd radeon 6870 1gb

@mrdato116 You will definitely see lag but if you have have a better CPU and more RAM than me, then you can play on 1280 x 1024 with max settings.

@darknessRO02 Yes I can but AMD CPU's runs very hot. so, If I overclock it then it is risky.

Just buy a big cooler, then set multipler to 15.

You will see a BIG difference, at least worked for me

Be careful what u want.

intel i7 is getting old and they are very expensive for a quad core.

AMD already launched 16 cores CPUs,

In 2~3 years quad core cpus will be outdated.
