Greetings from NJ. I visited the Phil. last July 2010 but didn't had the time to see my old alma mater. Sure brings back memories. Maybe next time I visit the Phil. I'll see the place again. Nice video.

alma mater is the University of Santo Tomas.

I'm also a Thomasian!!! So much has changed

in the UST Campus. A lot of new buildings.

Too bad I didn't get to see you in person

@chinaeyes22 - I think Gerry was from UST CAFA too! You probably started just as he graduated, maybe just one or two years difference. I attended UST arts & letters but I didn't graduate because we migrated to America.

UST, along with FEU, is probably the most beautiful, well planned, preserved and historical university in the Philippines.

If only the whole of Manila were redeveloped or restored to how it was back in 1941, our city would be the most visited capital in the Asia Pacific region.

Can't our idolized and celebrated billionaires and tycoons have a summit to undertake a beautification project?

Anyway, I'm glad UST survived WWII and the neglect outside its fences. Very European and very Filipino.
