@FYNBYAC The PS3 is not more expensive than the Xbox 360, it never was. Even when PS3 was $600, the Xbox 360 cost at least $50 a year to play games on it to make it any fun. That is $399 release price plus $50 a year. If you owned the Xbox 360 for 4 years, (if it last that long), you have paid $600. And back then you had to get the wifi adapter for $99 to $150 and the extra size hard drive meant you had to pay $150 more. Xbox 360 nickel and dime you to death.
@lordclifton I agree. But some people say they have both and still say Xbox 360 is better than the PS3. I do not question either console far as games go. Both are fun to own. But the PS3 has more features and is more reliable. And that fact alone makes PS3 better between the two.

You know, I bought an Xbox 360 elite the year you made this. It was my birthday, January 19th of 2008. Yup. I had gone without a Xbox 360 for 4 months due to my launch Xbox 360 bricking on me with the RROD. During that time I had my PS3 though from November 2006, one month after launch of PS3. January 2008, I but an Elite and 4 games. I have bought 2 more for my 360 since than. BUT... I now have an amazing collection of 55 PS3 games! I have 14 Xbox 360 games, but 55 PS3 games.
Alright, first, if you think the PS3 Web browser is difficult then you must be a retard, with the PS3, you get more for your value. Free internet, a Blu-Ray player, Web browser, and free Wi-Fi. If you want AMAZING exclusives then go for the PS3 with Killzone, Resistance, Infamous, Uncharted, & Little Big Planet. PS3 has 3 game of the years while the Xbox has 2. Halo 3 & Fable II. Fallout 3 isn't an exclusive so don't even bring that up. End of conversation.

Darkfall is a first person shooter, its also a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game so I don't know what you mean by that. Darkfall is all about clans and alliances (clans that work with other clans) and together the goal is to take as much land as possible wither it be will a few hundred of players or maybe you wanna do some stealth its up to the player to decide.
i dont really think its falls under FPS its like saying MGS4 is a FPS. not all the time it is. you switch between the two. if i wanna play something like that i would play WOW or Runescape. but after awhile it gets boring. those game do not require skill they require you dumping your life and time to get far and superior in those games. that does not appeal to me.
That's where the FPS element comes into play, in order to kill things you need good reflexes and tactics just like any other FPS. You could have someone with really high archery level but you could have someone who is really good at long ranging with a bow and he could totally kill him if he has the better reflexes.

killzone 2 has an epic story and online is very good. almost as good as MAG but yea halo is a piece of shit and that is coming from a 360 owner okay. im no fanboy of nothing. but killzone is awesome i like the gameplay and graphics are perfect. and its cool how it switches game modes during battle. you dont have to exit the battle and go to a different room to play a different type of game
Sounds neat but I'm not really into Halo anymore, Halo 2 will always be my favorite game ever but that's because the generation it was in hadn't had anything like that before on the consoles.

True I didn't play it but I guess its a difference in opinion, I find Halo's lore and universe fascinating because there is so much to it that. With killzone they can't really go into the details that the Halo universe has, with 6 or more books and 5 almost 6 games Halo is just massive by comparison.

That's pretty good for a single game, when I played MGS4 I only found like 30-40 matches but you pretty much have to spend $30 on DLC just to play with everyone so I gave up after a few matches.

yes it is. I love it. Trust me...for $2000, this projector was the best investment in home entertainment I ever spent. Its great. It was my dream to have a home movie theater (not just a hometheater) and this thing made it possible for me to have one. :0) The bulb is wearing out and will need to be replaced soon but it lasted 4 years and still has a great picture. :-)

Except... they removed the memory slots (flash compact, SD, etc.) from all the newer models, as well as the PS2 backwards compatability and linux. I have the original launch PS3, so it's not a problem for me. But newer adopters aren't quite gonna get all that. Unless they go for the original 60 gig on ebay. And of course, you can always upgrade the hard drive.
Thank heavens I bought my 60gig when it first released. But I don't feel sorry for the PS3 Slim buyers at all. They are still getting an awesome deal and an awesome machine.
Well, I started with the 40gig because I bought the PS3 the day MGS4 finally launched. As a long-time fan, that game sold me the PS3. But I have since fallen in love with it, and so I got the original 60gig off ebay, upgraded to 320gig for just under $400. Love it. That said, I also love my Wii. My 360 collects the most dust, but I don't feel sorry for anyone who purchased it, enjoys it, and doesn't regret their purchase. But yeah, I'd take the PS3 over my 360. But that's just me.
I never said 360 is not a good gaming machine or that it is not fun. I only say that the 360 is a flawed machine and MS has not addressed any of its issues. To make a product that is loved by kids so much yet make it flawed without fixing the problems is what makes MS just a profiteering company that does not care about its customers.

@FYNBYAC The PS3 is not more expensive than the Xbox 360, it never was. Even when PS3 was $600, the Xbox 360 cost at least $50 a year to play games on it to make it any fun. That is $399 release price plus $50 a year. If you owned the Xbox 360 for 4 years, (if it last that long), you have paid $600. And back then you had to get the wifi adapter for $99 to $150 and the extra size hard drive meant you had to pay $150 more. Xbox 360 nickel and dime you to death.

You know, I bought an Xbox 360 elite the year you made this. It was my birthday, January 19th of 2008. Yup. I had gone without a Xbox 360 for 4 months due to my launch Xbox 360 bricking on me with the RROD. During that time I had my PS3 though from November 2006, one month after launch of PS3. January 2008, I but an Elite and 4 games. I have bought 2 more for my 360 since than. BUT... I now have an amazing collection of 55 PS3 games! I have 14 Xbox 360 games, but 55 PS3 games.

Alright, first, if you think the PS3 Web browser is difficult then you must be a retard, with the PS3, you get more for your value. Free internet, a Blu-Ray player, Web browser, and free Wi-Fi. @TVdinnerFTW i got tired of my 360 its a pain in the ass. so i upgraded to ps3 slim. then upgraded the harddrive to a 500GB for 60$ thank god sony is smart and uses 2.5 inch satas that are cheap because 80% of all laptops use them. unlike 360 you have to by that giant exclusive harddrive and pay about 200$ for a 250GB

Darkfall is a first person shooter, its also a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game so I don't know what you mean by that. Darkfall is all about clans and alliances (clans that work with other clans) and together the goal is to take as much land as possible wither it be will a few hundred of players or maybe you wanna do some stealth its up to the player to decide.

That's where the FPS element comes into play, in order to kill things you need good reflexes and tactics just like any other FPS. You could have someone with really high archery level but you could have someone who is really good at long ranging with a bow and he could totally kill him if he has the better reflexes.

True I didn't play it but I guess its a difference in opinion, I find Halo's lore and universe fascinating because there is so much to it that. With killzone they can't really go into the details that the Halo universe has, with 6 or more books and 5 almost 6 games Halo is just massive by comparison.

Im not 3 I play a variety of games I don't just play shooters, that shit gets boring after a while. God of War 3 is not a remake, I said "Final Fantasy 13 VS" I did not say Final Fantasy 13. Im digging the hell out of the projector man. That shit is awsome. The HD DVD player from microsoft is such a scam. Hell the hd dvd player that you can buy from sony, there sony bravias are still only 60 bucks. Good video man.

yes it is. I love it. Trust me...for $2000, this projector was the best investment in home entertainment I ever spent. Its great. It was my dream to have a home movie theater (not just a hometheater) and this thing made it possible for me to have one. :0) The bulb is wearing out and will need to be replaced soon but it lasted 4 years and still has a great picture. :-)

Both consoles are great in their own way...Wich is why i have opted to own both. Not gonna miss out on a single exclusive. The ps3 is an all around better machine for everything. But i prefer gaming on xboxlive over psn.

Except... they removed the memory slots (flash compact, SD, etc.) from all the newer models, as well as the PS2 backwards compatability and linux. I have the original launch PS3, so it's not a problem for me. But newer adopters aren't quite gonna get all that. Unless they go for the original 60 gig on ebay. And of course, you can always upgrade the hard drive.

Thank heavens I bought my 60gig when it first released. But I don't feel sorry for the PS3 Slim buyers at all. They are still getting an awesome deal and an awesome machine.

Well, I started with the 40gig because I bought the PS3 the day MGS4 finally launched. As a long-time fan, that game sold me the PS3. But I have since fallen in love with it, and so I got the original 60gig off ebay, upgraded to 320gig for just under $400. Love it. That said, I also love my Wii. My 360 collects the most dust, but I don't feel sorry for anyone who purchased it, enjoys it, and doesn't regret their purchase. But yeah, I'd take the PS3 over my 360. But that's just me.

I never said 360 is not a good gaming machine or that it is not fun. I only say that the 360 is a flawed machine and MS has not addressed any of its issues. To make a product that is loved by kids so much yet make it flawed without fixing the problems is what makes MS just a profiteering company that does not care about its customers.
