  • Mmmmm, it looks so good and I know from experiance how great it tastes! I want it now! Have to wait for the weekend! I'm trying pork out, to see if I can make crackling as good as Colins.

  • try give the skin a good rub with salt first, then brush some oil on when it started to crisp, that should make the crakling.
