I find the language in the video to be very confusing. "So that the skirt is flanged out." "What you want to do is just keep the continuity of the skirt." "I think what I should do is just fold it in a high. That way it won't wrinkle as badly."

I honestly find this confusing. As a bit of constructive criticism, I'd recommend writing out a bit of a script ahead of time, so you can be sure to say exactly what you mean.
