spellforce is not fullscreen suported.. so it will look worse if u got a screen more then the max setting in spellforce . but if u got a screen same as the max settings in spellforce it will make it good .. anyways u can make it fullscreen with editing the config screenheight:900 screenwidt:1600- player with the settings a while and it will be saved :) thumps up if this worked if not just thumps down :(

I was curious about this game but I never understood how it worked. I understand that you make a custom hero, and there's RPG and RTS gameplay. Now, do you just control your hero Warcraft 3 style, and have the option to zoom in for RPG play, or are those two sections seperate?

@omnisemantic1 well it totally depends on the display size. 480p combined with the player that is full-weight is about the same quality with 360p combined with the player that uses the weight of the comment area only. if you go full screen, both will look crap.

well you can control a party in some missions and army in the others though the rts you still control some characters that you have to recruit just like in rts games like warcraft 3.

@juledude124 hi the antagonist hear there is two ways of playing you can zoom out and play whit mouse move armys Party charS (heroes) or units or super zoom and play whit your avatar and other 5 five our it whas 4? 4 members viseids you.

some levels or parts are most party based and in others you have to make a big army but in both you can still using you avatar and heroes/ party companios is really good its worht it in mi opinion antagonist out

no its definitely RTS. If you get the game 'Soldout' version it says in the top left corner what sort of game it is, like all soldout games do. It says RTS, but I see what you mena thinking it is RPG. I would say it is RTS with a touch of RPG

in anyway............ RTS can be an RPG. "Real time" strategy does not limit a game to let character/s to be modified and have their own storyline as in Role Playing Game.

So not to be confused it can be BOTH.

IF the game moves step by step, ussualy by a pause between each tactical command, it will be called "Turn Based"

LOL, that was done on HD3800, which I'm still using btw. It's not the videocard, but the stupid fraps - you can see that even the model's animation in the inventory screen is skipping frames - ain't cause of overload, but because of the very process of recording...

Well you can also move with keys, it's just that I prefer it this way :P And it feels kinda clunky with keyb, but the engine needs to handle RTS sequences as well, so you can expect that... You can play with isometric view all the time if you want, but I found this to be the most addictive combination :))

Yes, it's somewhat similar to Ds, but the stress on the RPG elements is more pronounced. Especially in the Storm you're playing 3/4 of the campaign with a party and developing the chars. There are even puzzles and stuff... At times I was actually getting confused when I got to lead an army, or defend a base again :)) Best comparison would be a 3D, real-time Icewind Dale, without the D&D background.

Oh dear. OK. It's a single player RPG/RTS hybrid (German, not Chinese). You can also play in co-op and vs multiplayer, but it is not a MMO. In Dragon Storm in particular, there are barely any strategy elements left, and the focus is on roleplaying. Kinda reminds of what Icewind Dale played like. A bit clunky, but nevertheless very fun game. And yeah it isn't free to play :))
