@DarkPwnz0rx No problem dude, cause I almost always rate 5/5 cause it's no easy to edit etc... I only rate 1/5 if it's horrible and the guy didn't try anything to make his video decent.

You see, the text can be created with layers of the same text, so the shadowing is correct and each letter has a 2 leyers (1 for shadows and 1 for the actual text.)
The movement is just zoom/pan used very accurate (can be done with arrows) and the effect on each letter is called linear blur and motion blur (different levels of the effect) witch can all be found in vegas.
For the stars/bubbles, they can be done with the correct Media Generators, downloaded from the internet

Yeah, you need to download and then it's quite long but with AE you do it much faster...
