  • BEAST!!!!!

  • Dude. You're strength is stupid lol. Even the spotter looked like a tank in this video lol

  • dont care what the haters said. That's awesome.

  • WHY NOT SHOW YOUR CRAPY LIFTS IN COMPETITIN LOSER. YOU HOLD NOTHING!!!

  • @gymman62 My latest is posted dumbass

  • WHAT A JOKE!IN COMPETITION YOU WOULD NOT GET ON REP!!!! NOT ONE!

  • @gymman62 Hmm let me see here. Am I at a competition? Uh, no. Do I hold 23 records in 3 weight classes in bench press? Uh, yes. Is someone jealous? I think so.

  • that was kinda weak....lol

  • damnnnn good shid

  • Wow, strong bench. Keep it up man!

  • S-T-R-O-N-G!!!!!!

  • Good job friend. Raw power on top of it.

  • i wonder how much ronnie off of jersey shore can bench xD

  • I agree ...your a very strong raw bencher especially at your bodyweight, but i also must say ."ass and traps stay on the bench always".

  • hey dude your pretty fuckin beast at b.p man i just started doing professional last summer ive been doing alot of meets and traveling with jeremey scruggs i dont know if you ahve heard of him but yah dude i saw your butt come offe the bench i understand its not a meet or anything but yah man thats beast dude

  • You are extremely strong, but coming from a powerlifter's perspective, if you ever choose to compete, you have to keep your glutes on the bench...An arch is fine...If you tweak your technique, you could compete in B.P. competitions and do really well.

  • @tonyf1969 Thanks for the input Tony but I am pretty sure I know how to lift as I have been competing for a while and currently hold 23 total records in several weight classes with the WNPF (19) and APA (4) powerlifting organizations.

  • @XJRdan, the comment wasn't intended to be a downer. It's obvious you are strong as a shit brick house, and I may have underestimated your attendance and already being in competition in powerlifting....This was supposed to be upbeat and compliment towards you, because I also have several records in spread out divisions, but chiefly in the deadlift. I think it's okay for powerlifters to get inspiration from other powerlifters...I have guys critiquing me all the time, and it makes me better.

  • @tonyf1969 Thank you for the compliment Tony.

  • @XJRdan he is right to be fair, glutes coming off of the bench is a Red light offence, you may hold records but definatly not with that form,

    hes just tryin to help

strong as fuck though bro keep at it

  • @tonyf1969 Brick shit house** xD fail!

  • meat heads and roids

  • powerful!

  • powerful!

  • @TeenyTiny945

    That's a great point!!!!!

  • great lift man! STRONG! great work keeping it going!

  • Awesome Lift!!!

  • Damn, I fell off. I need to start hitting the gym again, lol. Very impressive, man. Atleast your spotter was big enough to help incase something went wrong. A lot of these other videos have spotters that weigh about 150lbs, lol.

  • not shabby at all

  • Impressive, very impressive.

And you're not kidding about this not being an over night thing.

Takes YEARS. Afterall, Muscles aren't fully developed till the mid 30's, correct?

  • 500 lbs is big dog lifting bro thats hellla heavy. The most iv ever seen in person is 405 lbs and iv been lifting 6 years. I believe its possible your natural if you have been lifting 25 years plus your not super lean. Not sayin your fat but its impossible to bench 500 lbs lean naturally you and i both know that. When i say lean i mean under 8 percent bodyfat

  • well done

  • bro your a great bencher especially being natural its a fantastic achivement to be hitting the numbers you are. well done keep it up hope in 25years i can be benching like you hehe :-)

  • very impressive !! how can i increase my bench press ??

  • Dude, that is great strength! Anyone who can double their weight on bench has something special. What do you do for your bench? Bench is my weakness. My personal best is 400 @270.

  • @fknturd lol thats good man. i weigh 290 and my max is 440. but i have fat on me. if i slimmed down id be like 220 lmao or 210

  • @TAKEMARU666 Pound for pound, we're in the same boat then. About 150% of bodyweight.

  • HAHAHAHA i like how his back arches, which is improper form, like most of the videos on here. add correct form and lets see how far DOWN yer weight goes :)

  • only someone else who has lifted can appreciate how much work it takes to build up that kind of strength. good work

  • you are benching really nicely (Y)

    nice 3 reps dude

  • very impressive. hope you've kept up the good work.

  • i myself dont arch my back but however its not cheating or anything if you do cause what its doing is isolating your chest thats why you can do lil more while arching but its not like cheating or anyitnhg

  • In the rules you can arch your back as long as your butt and shoulder blades are on the bench. he didn't even use much of an arch anyway.

  • i still dont understand why lil uneducated boys try to think they know more than powerlifters, im sorry but if the ppl who bench for a living dont know how to bench i seriously doubt that u know better,

  • if this guy can bench that weight just with pecs and delts, imagine how much more he can bench using proper powerlifting technique, the dude is insanely strong, respect!!! Keep up the good work dawg

  • Damn strong! I just posted video doing 425lbs. Can't wait to hit 500 next year

  • Very nice. Most shit on YouTube is shit. This is real. Kudos son

  • That was fucking amazing!

  • I love listening to these skinny-ass weakling haters diss lifts like these. All the same bullshit. Ass is off the bench, arms not locked out, not properly contracting the upper-outter pectoralis minor etc etc...go read your FLEX magazine you adolescent, limp wristed, metro idiot.

  • LOL, exactly dude! exactly

  • ownage comment, this guy is insanely strong

  • @benchaffleck im 14 and definately know as much or more than 95% of people that post stupid comments, and im quite offended that you would adolescent as a dis.

  • @dylansfly5000 You're offended? Don't worry about it.

  • @benchaffleck lol hes maad

  • @dylansfly5000 you sound like a fuckin freak.... nothing personal, mate

  • Not all of us who critique are weakling haters. I was ranked number 11 for my weight class in the deadlift in 2007 in the U.S, 308 lb.. You have to give this guy props because he is very strong, and he worked very hard for it, 25 years...My point was if he is going to compete, the glutes have to stay on the bench, or he will get red-lighted. There is no hating here, but I wanted to help. Come to find out, he already competes. But yes, even glutes raised most guys can't lift what he does.

  • @benchaffleck hey buddy, don't talk about skinny ass weaklings ass if big ass fucking, fat looking benchpress (or whatever) lifters are so much better. I get the part about the haters just why do u have to add the "skinny-ass weakling" part in. only a loser would do that. also that fat ass video u put up is not hot.

  • @benchaffleck you sir are my fucking hero by no means would i call myself big but i lift everyday and i love when kids come in the wheight room and try to tell me what to do when im curling 50's then they walk over and curl 40's twice and fail on the third rep........... or when im benching what they squate and they make the comment im not locking my arms im sorry 200 pounds isnt exactly super light bud lets see you lock ur arms when ur lifting it

  • @benchaffleck AMEN AND HALLEFUCKINGLUJAH :D

  • if he kept his ass on the bench and just lifted with his chest it would be much more proper and impresssive. its chest work out,,, not a glut work out. anyone who knows what they are doing would not be impressed. bad form is bad form. doesnt matter how much you can lift.

  • ya so am sure wouldv been soo impressive with pussy form ass on bench everything perfect and a max of 225

  • youre an idiot

  • honestly go fuck yourself, you have nothing better to do than comment on the "bad form" of someone in a youtube video.

  • have you ever seen a power lifter keep his ass on the bench?

  • that is so amazing, I do think you are a natural. Your build is a little softer compare to the roid heads. Can I ask what kind of training do u do?

  • stop it or im telling

  • whats your squat and dead at right now? if there anything like your bench and your all natural (i beleive you dont worry) then you must have a hell of a big 3 total.

  • unreal power!!!!!

  • are you sure you are natural? how long you have benching... ?

  • Am I sure I am natural? That's funny. If I ever did any steroids I would be lifting like the big dogs you see here on YouTube. I have been lifting for 25 years, its not an overnight thing thats for sure.

  • If I were you I wouldn't entertain any of those idiots who always claim someone is steroids. Just because they have piss poor genetics that don't allow them to get big and strong they always want to rain on someone else parade.

  • are you the same guy that can curl 120 pound i think i saw ur vid some time ago

  • @XJRdan keep speaking the truth brother

  • @XJRdan do your joints ever hurt from lifting so heavy? or no, because my joints hrut some times, and i barely do even any heavy

  • @RandomVideoism thats it. its because u barely do any heavy lifitng, your joints arent used to it.

  • weak... thats what i warm up with..

  • Full reps . Great job Sir.

  • damn!!!! you and your weight lifting buddy are some big bastards

    dude you're a freakin beast

  • wow. i want to be able to do that someday. nice work man.

  • Great power bro...keep the vid's coming. 5 big stars!!!

  • hum .. that was very good nice work man !

  • you need to tie your spotter's hands to his back until he learns to not touch the bar. lol.

  • Yeah, that was the first time he has spotted me. I tried again right after because I thought you would not be able to tell that he didn't help. Only got 2 though.

  • From the video, it's evident you did all of the work. His finger just barely touches the bar. I guess you can probably hit 500lb for single rep?

  • 495 sometimes for 2. It depends on the day.

  • @inetuse Safety first, its not a freaking bench competition for god sake. Live to lift another day.

  • you are a BEAST

  • Thanks.
