how do you use makeup remover to remove eyelner?

i soak a cotton ball in the make up remover and then press the cotton ball to my eye for a few seconds, then wipe it off :)

Do you look down when you apply gel liner?

I have Blacktrack too, but I have a hard time applying a thin line without pulling my eye taut.

i look forward into the mirror and then i kinda tilt my head back so i can see all of my eyelid, that way i don't have to pull on my eye, if that makes sense :P also when my head is tilted back i raise my eyebrows and that way it kinda stretches my eye without actually stretching it.. that's the best i could explain it haha. i hope it helped!
