I've got one from Sapphire and though it has same parameters it doesn't have cooling system like this and is running really hot :( but still very cheap :)

when you give the results at 3min42secs you say u have a core 2 duo e6400 at 3.2ghz, but isn't the e6400 running at 2.13ghz??
