HONDURAN Supreme Court issued a COURT ORDER to zelaya which stated that the referendum was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and to NOT GO FOTH WITH IT! What will happen to you here in the USA if you DISOBEYE a Court ORDER? You get thrown in jail! If Obama PROPOSE something ILLEGAL and gets a Supreme Court ORDER TELLING HIM it's ILLEGAL, THEN I SAY HE GETS THROWN IN JAIL JUST LIKE ANY OTHER CITIZEN WHO DISOBEYES A COURT ORDER! IF HE IS NOT THROWN IN JAIL, THEN I WILL NOT RESPECT ANY LAW or COURT ORDER!

They should have been asked: "do you think Obama knows the Honduran Constitution BETTER than the Honduran Supreme Court and Congress? Obama said on tv that what they did is ILLEGAL! So either it is illegal in Honduras-Obama knows, or ILLEGAL here in the USA.....He does KNOW HONDURAN CONSTITUTION AND LAW BETTER THAN 15 JUDGES ON THEIR SUPREME COURT-kidding!

No, you're not out of line. Travel to Central America and you'll find that even 6 year olds have an opinion on politics, even if that opinion is a projection of their parents ideologies. Re: US vs Mex gold cup, you are generalizing, "these people" that were interviewed, are not Mexicans and probably wanted the US to win for two reasons, one, Mexico is Central America's soccer enemy, and like they say "my enemy's enemy is my friend" two: they live in the US and have an affinity for the nation.

I was kidding you know, but I didn't know aboutr Cen America's rooting against el Tri, either.

Couldn't assume--not knowing the above--that new Latin immigrants would necessarily root for the 'new home team'...it's not like the Mexican-Americans were any too kind to the US there at Giants stadium. Btw, just read that the August WC qualifier in Azteca is already sold out...It'll be the US v Mex + the WHOLE stadium.

The other thing is: we did knock Honduras out of the tournament.

Azteca is one of the toughest venues. Over 100,000 Mexicans in one place "insert joke here" It can be very intimidating for visiting teams. The stadium is so big that when one side is in summer the other one is winter, and it takes a long time to get out, that it was reported that in 2005 a young couple of newlyweds went to see the game and when they finally walked out they had a 3 month old baby in their arms. They named the baby Cuauhtemoc, in honor of the aztec warrior.True Stories.

I moved from Honduras in 1983 so when they play the USA I end up rooting for the better team......and was glad the USA won the last match, but what happened against Mexico? I don't think the Mexicans have ever whipped Honduras like that!!!!

Especially after having done so well against Spain and even Brazil, really.
