I'm going to disagree severely with other people here: regardless of the upload quality, the re-edit itself is pretty bad. Lots of jumps to stuff that now feels extremely out of place. Example: The drill drops from the ceiling at the start of the geodome sequence. Minutes later, we see a large robot that looks similar standing up... somewhere? Was this the same drill? Was it something new?  Was it a new fight elsewhere? Clarify!

I can't understand why constructers of APU's didn't add some cockpit armor, operator is completely exposed.

If I would construct APU, I will cover whole cockpit with thick armor plates and make system of outside, armor-glass covered cameras connected to wide monitors around whole inside of cockpit. Next thing would be targetting systems, in movie they're aiming just by tracers and by ironsights. You know, sort of HUD goggles with crosshairs and target lock systems...

I would guess for the same reason that happened in the film: When the hammer returned, they activated the ship-board EMP pulse. It fried every Sentinal in Zion yes, but unfortunately also every APU and turret the humans had to defend themselves with.

To keep an APU from getting disabled by an EMP burst (EMP knows no friends or enemies), you'd have to encase it in a solid, thick layer of lead and they probably don't have a lot of that in a post-apocalyptic world like this one.

Solid concreate wont stop an emp burst nor lead... there are however emp protectors on critical military hardware today... including tanks and some planes, like air force one i beleive has secondary electrical systems to survive an initial emp blast... emp essentially enhances the current in a circuit to massive proportions and thus destroys it really with its own electrical supply it there for can't damage a completly unpowered device

I thought I'd give yours a chance since every other clip of the Zion battle has stupid music. I didn't like yours because you've made too many rapid cuts that basically don't make sense. The most egregious one to me was when Neo and Trinity go above the clouds, you made a rapid cut that destroyed their numinous experience. Unfortunately, the scope of the battle makes it unfit to be edited down. I commend you though, and thank you for not changing the music.
