What I found really funny about this was that my dad WAS an IT Tech support guy and this us TRUE!!!!!! He actually asked people if they had turned on, and plugged in their computers. You would not believe how many people didn't know that plugging it in would help. Lolololololololol!!!!!!!!!!

Awww my dear Donny!! He's a sweetie pie!! That job is probably not easy. Dealing with ridiculous customers or angry ones, is a challenge.
I don't blame Donny for confusing the gender of his customer. Some women have deep voices that you easily can confuse as a man.
