it´s jellow because of the other spices in it. there a different kinds of curry. some are brown and some are jellow. i´ve seen a red one too O.O ! sorry if i wrote something wrong. my english is not the best.

I've had japanese curry before, and its nowhere even near the spicy level. not even mild spicy.

The truly spicy ones i prefer are indian and thai curry.
